It has two main goals:

Sale fabrics and papers printed using Silk Screen or relief printing techniques for Fashion Design and Home Decoration.

Exchange knowledge and trends about Textile Surface Design and printing through workshops.

Textile & Paper Printing is a company:which started in Lima- Peru, and now is continuing growing and expanding their art products in New York City. It was created by: Mariella Suarez (myself), who is a visual Artist from Lima-Peru, currently living, working and improving her skills in New York City.

Textile & Paper Printing is a company created to design original patterns in collaboration between two best friends : Mar Postigo and Mariella Suarez.

We love improving, learning and exploring about opposites topics. That's why we have knowledge about old fashion printing techniques from Peru.

At the same time we have the most fabulous new trends and technologies about printing from New York City.

In addition we have background in Painting, Drawing, Graphic Design , Textile Printing and paper printing using relief techniques. We love some old fashion ways to printing on fabrics an paper. That's why we used to print by hand some of our designs.

The relief family of techniques includes woodcut, wood engraving , rubber stamps, lino-cut, foam printing,and some types of collagraph. We have a group of artists from different cultural backgrounds. For that reason we have a unique style in our designs.

For that reason we invite you, to visit us regularly, to find more exiting and new designs every week. We offer new and unique designs in different types of fabrics :

Silk: Silk is a lightweight, delicate fabric that drapes well. It has a slightly shimmery appearance. Silk can be slippery and more difficult to work with. It also makes a great lining fabric.

Satin: Satin can vary from lightweight to heavyweight, depending on the type of satin. Like silk, it has a glossy appearance.

Linen: Linen is a medium-weight fabric with little elasticity (hence the wrinkles). But it conducts heat very well, which is why it’s a popular choice for warm-weather anything.

Cotton voile: Voile is a lightweight, semi-sheer fabric with a great drape.

Rayon challis: Rayon challis is a smooth, lightweight fabric. It drapes well and is slightly heavier than other lightweight fabrics, like cotton voile and cotton lawn.
